Freshness is our foundation. While we source our premium meats from Cobblestreet Market, our dedication to freshness extends beyond. We take pride in cultivating basil, crafting our own mozzarella, and preparing everything else in-house.

Mike is a Greeneville native and has been in mom and pop businesses in Greene county all his life. Having a food establishment "dive" has been at the top of his bucket list for as long as he can remember, and when he met Lynnette, his dream came to fruition.
